It was my first trip to Kobe, and the location was great, letting me visit most spots in a short time. The fridge in the room didn’t cool at all, and when I asked the front desk they said “the hotel’s fridge is more for keeping things cold than actually cooling.” In this day and age, I didn’t expect a fridge that can’t cool in a hotel. If this had been explained on the website beforehand, I could have prepared, so it was very disappointing.
The 1600 yen breakfast had issues with how the rice was cooked, and the side dishes didn’t match the price. If it were the free breakfast at Higashiyoko Inn, I might have been satisfied. The staff were wonderful.

The hotel sits on a shopping street and feels more luxurious than a typical business hotel; the front desk staff were lovely and made me feel comfortable. The room was larger than usual business hotel rooms, and the unit bath was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely use it again when the chance arises. No negatives.

The front desk staff were friendly and answered my questions well. I would have liked the parking fee to be a bit cheaper.
