The location, room size, bed, and overall staff attention were good, but the room had poor isolation, and the shower temperature and pressure dropped in the evenings.

The daytime staff service is impeccable; Stiven is amazing at what he does. The nighttime staff, however, leaves the door closed for security after 10 pm, and they take a long time to open it, forcing you to wait outside in the cold with no security.
