The location was right next to "telescaun" for climbing the "Cascada cailor" and had access to hiking trails; a bus shuttle ran every hour to leave the complex and head to other spots—definitely worth a repeat! In September the cable car isn’t operating during the week, which limits trips to interesting places.

The service, cleanliness, and good‑quality staff were decent, but the hotel was pricey for the quality. The Wi‑Fi was weak, there was noise from someone doing loud repairs, and the prices for services were unjustifiably high.

The room was fairly clean, had a balcony where I caught the sunset, and overall it was fine for the single night we stayed, with decent food, but the mushroom omelette didn’t actually contain mushrooms, the bathroom smelled faintly of mildew and had dust in a few corners indicating rushed cleaning, and the glasses in the restaurant were noticeably stained, which gave me pause.
