The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the host is friendly and very helpful, the ingredients for a self‑made breakfast are excellent, the pool is beautiful and very clean, it’s quiet, and it’s a good base for exploring mid‑range areas.

A stunning spot with a gorgeous, spacious apartment that was spotless and fully equipped. Having our own terrace was a delight, and the lovely pool added to the experience. The location was unbeatable!

The apartment was beautiful and roomy, offering all the comforts you could ask for. The small venue had a nice pool. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with a variety of items for breakfast, both inside (meat, cheese, jus, milk) and outside (fresh eggs, brown bread, cereal, and plenty of fresh fruit). The original sweet breakfast might not have pleased other guests, so Antonio brought everything for us, and if we needed anything else or wanted a freshly baked sweet, we just had to let him know. Nothing else to mention.

The farmhouse on the hills was impeccably renovated, set in a rural backdrop of olive trees and vineyards. Absolute tranquility, a well-maintained pool available to guests, and the manager’s attentive welcome. A strategic spot for exploring Macerata and the nearby villages. Nothing to add.
