Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The geyser was broken and we never got hot water, especially in that freezing weather. No help or replacement was offered. It was a real letdown.

“Okay to stay overnight if travelling for work but not suitable if looking for a quiet space”
The staff were polite and helpful, and the room had decent amenities. The location was great, close to the city centre. But the cleanliness left something to be desired – towels had stains, the room was a bit dusty. Breakfast was basic, parking was outside the building in an open area so the car was exposed to dust and sun, and the bathroom ran out of water in the morning. The geyser also kept failing even after we told reception.
No elevator, so getting to the room was a hassle. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep.
