The view over the dams is stunning and the chalets look beautiful, but the toilet paper quality was poor, the rooms were a bit dusty, and the beds weren’t as fresh as they could be.

The setting was solid and the place has a lot of potential, the pool was clean, but the room’s air‑conditioning didn’t work and there was no apology; overall maintenance could use a boost.

We had a great time, the hosts were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, dinner options were good, the room was comfortable and nice – perfect for a first stop in Namibia after arrival.
