The rooms matched the photos and stayed clean; the staff were very polite and helpful, and the location was great for reaching major sights.

There was nothing positive. This was the worst stay ever: after booking a deluxe balcony room, we were given a room where the curtains couldn't even open because a construction site was on the balcony, making it unsafe as anyone could enter; there was no hot water, a basic necessity, and the staff behaved very poorly, providing no basic amenities.
