Staying here feels like traveling to another era, surrounded by elegance, tradition, and authenticity; the history breathes through every wall, the thermal area, the garden, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere—an exceptional experience for those who appreciate it. The dining quality is excellent. If I had to suggest an improvement, I would focus on accessibility: adding more elevators while respecting the building’s historic character and implementing innovative solutions to help people with reduced mobility would make the hotel even more inclusive and comfortable.

The spa is gorgeous, the staff are very friendly, it’s close to Pisa, and the building is historic.
