The office staff were kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was quite noisy with a VERY limited menu. Breakfast was disappointing; a continental breakfast was not available. A comfortable chair in the room would have been really nice.

The check‑in staff member was amazing—super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more professional service. The room was large and the bed comfortable. There’s almost no soundproofing, like a motel. The shared balcony means if anyone on the entire second floor is outside talking or scraping chairs, you hear it all. Likewise, if anyone on either side sneezes or uses their bathroom, you know about it. Cars park directly in front of rooms, so you hear people coming or going too. Keycard entry involves beeping and the lock talking to you, adding noise. For the cheap price it might have been acceptable, but I was lucky enough to have a family with screaming, feral kids up until midnight below me, and there was no way anyone above could sleep until they finally settled. I moved to a cabin in a local caravan park for the rest of my stay. Based solely on the friendliness of the staff, I’d stay here again, but not when I needed sleep, which I really did for this stay.
