It was close to the railway station and they served us a hot dinner at 10.30 pm upon arrival; there were small cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in, but we asked and it was cleaned the next day; pest‑control medicine was applied during our stay, and the new bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed.

I found roaches everywhere in the room—killed 12 and saw dozens more crawling out of the walls; they moved me to another room but roaches were still present, though fewer; the door didn’t lock, there was no safe or WiFi; the refrigerator in the room smelled bad and was filthy with old food stains; the man at reception put his hands on me, tried to rip my bags from me when I decided to check out early, and expected me to pay for three nights when I only stayed one; he was unprofessional and couldn’t resolve any issues, but he called his boss who told him he couldn’t charge me for three nights, so they lowered the price; other foreign travelers should avoid this gross, scary nightmare.

The location is right opposite the railway station, but the cleaning and hygiene were terrible—there were cockroaches everywhere.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the staff are extremely friendly; the hotel’s location is convenient, making it a great choice for anyone visiting India, and I highly recommend it to others. Nothing else to note.

Excellent customer service, especially at the front desk; the location is great, close to the railway station and the market. No complaints.
