The view and the place are excellent. Great view and the staff is great. Everything was great except for a small odor in the washroom, but overall it’s amazing.

The housekeeper is good. Literally nothing to dislike.

This was one of my top stays while touring Sri Lanka; Claude, the cook, and the lovely locals made us feel right at home. The hotel’s beauty is undeniable, and though getting there is a bit of a trek, it’s totally worth it! I can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely food and staff - made you feel very welcome and very helpful with organising tours! Would 100% recommend for a cosy place to stay in Nuwara Eliya with amazing breakfast’s and dinners. The staff in particular were all so welcoming and attentive!. Nothing - was great!

The rooms had a strong unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable.
