The property was fantastic – everything was top‑class, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection and fresh ingredients. The biggest plus was the very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff who took care of every detail. I definitely recommend it and would love to return! 😊 Everything really pleased me 😊 The place is modern, very clean, and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the tasty breakfasts – a large variety and everything truly delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was good, and the staff had a family‑friendly approach. The overall impression was very good. We felt comfortable and welcomed. We definitely want to come back and there is no point looking elsewhere in Kežmark. The lunch options were also great – a few dishes to choose from, all very tasty. It would have been nice to have a standard small hotel fridge. There was only a very small one for canned drinks. But that isn’t a deal‑breaker :-)

Przede wszystkim wyjątkowa obsługa, zarówno hotelu jak i restauracji oraz kawiarni. Zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Pokój był bardzo wygodny, ładny i co najważniejsze mega czysty. Codziennie świeże ręczniki. Bardzo dobry prysznic. Przyjemny pokój z mini lodówką, telewizorem i wygodnym łóżkiem. Chcielibyśmy przede wszystkich podziękować załodze tego hotelu, a w szczególności Kristinie, która codziennie z uśmiechem nas witała na śniadaniu (na cichym i klimatycznym patio) - a śniadania były jedne z najlepszych jakie jadliśmy w życiu, każdy powinien tam spróbować jajka po benedyktyńsku w sosie holenderskim ;)) Polecam to miejsce! Polecam też spróbować obiadu/kolacji w hotelowej restauracji - świeże i pyszne jedzenie. brak :))

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always clean towels, and the room was tidy. The breakfast was exceptional, with Swedish tables and a warm buffet according to the menu. I definitely recommend it.
