All the staff were very attentive—Peter, Verónica, and Maria helped us every day we stayed there, even lending us a hat for the desert trip. They served breakfast on the hotel’s schedule for both early check‑in and early check‑out. The team was very cordial and loving. The room was warm upon arrival, the shower was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised. Nothing negative.

The staff were available, but the place was dirty, small, and run‑down.

The staff were amazing and I loved the facilities, but it was sad that it wasn’t full of guests as it deserved to be.
