Matosinhos Beach is 7 km away, and the Porto Train Station is 3.5 km from the property, near the Church of Lapa and Casa da Música.

Nazareth welcomed us with a home‑like warmth, the room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Breakfast was served with love and great friendliness. Her son Bruno was very attentive and recommended how to get around Porto. We felt at home at the hotel and want to thank Ms. Nazareth for the beautiful gesture on the last day: at 5:00 am before we left for the airport, she had freshly brewed coffee for us to pack in our thermos and croissants that we loved. THANK YOU!!! The hotel is about 10 minutes from the city center. I recommend using Uber, which is very economical—less than 4 euros to the center. We suggest buying the 48‑hour Turibus, which includes a boat ride and wine tasting for under 50 euros per person. We took the Blue company and it worked out great. What a charming city, Porto.

A friendly host and a generous breakfast, but the room carried an unpleasant odor—probably from the old building, its furnishings, or dampness. We felt uncomfortable inside the property because we couldn’t ventilate the room; the window is a balcony door on the ground floor that opens straight onto a busy street and sidewalk. The room standard seemed questionable.
