The location was excellent and the area was well served with many commercial activities. However, breakfast was advertised but really meant two empty pastries from the bakery – don’t advertise it that way. From 7 am a huge mess erupted; I understand kids are kids, but a little attention to guests is essential. The heating was too high, wasting gas, so we had to keep the windows open.

The accommodation was in such a beautiful spot that when we arrived we couldn’t believe how high‑quality service was available for so little money. The housekeeper was a very kind lady, but the cleaning staff oddly stared at us (they weren’t Italians).

The location was fine. There was no reception desk, and the procedure for accessing the booked room was not explained; I happened to find someone who helped me get the access code. The room had no TV, and the description didn’t say the bathroom was outside the room; there was no breakfast offered.
