The setting was secluded with a great view. The property needs a lot of upkeep: the restaurant is closed, construction is everywhere and never finishes, overgrown herbs, and the mattresses around the pool absorbed rainwater and started to mold.

The location, view, and calm were nice. The kitchen was almost bare—no bread‑teller, no outlets in the kitchen area, and the living room gets bright morning sun at 5 am; curtains would have been useful.

The room booked as “Junior Suite vue mer” was nothing like the description: no real sea view, contrary to what was shown on Booking and the hotel site. The place feels unfinished with missing equipment and no real public spaces, more like a private rental than a hotel. During the stay we faced repeated hot‑water outages, badly timed meals, a very long and chaotic breakfast, and no baby‑friendly gear. Even after reporting on day one, no satisfactory fix was offered—no room change or proper compensation—and the issue was downplayed. We had to leave earlier than planned and book another place at our own expense. A complaint is now pending with the European Consumer Centre for non‑compliance.

We were upgraded to the biggest terrace apartment, which was amazing! Breakfast was excellent, dinner (when it was open) was very good. It’s far from the city centre, quiet, and the view is superb. It feels like a restart; not everything is fully operational yet, but there’s huge potential. Check the exact room you book—different rooms vary a lot and aren’t all equally appealing.
