Getting there was hassle‑free, with a parking spot right outside the hotel; I entered the key code, got the card, and was in the room immediately—value for money is 100%! The rooms are very nice, clean, large, with good beds and plenty of space; we’ll book again next year.

Check‑in was very straightforward with a key safe.

The room is quiet despite its good location, offering a nice view from the windows. It stays very quiet at night, with no other guests audible. A large parking lot sits in front of the building, and the shower is spacious. The breakfast buffet could use improvement: there’s no fresh fruit, no fresh‑pressed juice, and only store‑bought cake.

The neighboring Karl‑Wirt is highly recommended, and the parking options are top. We arrived around 10:15 for breakfast and had to reorder several items; no kipferl were available. The terrace was great.

Location and view are very nice. The Ukrainian waiter at the adjacent restaurant was very unfriendly.
