I met my goals. Some staff service was lacking. There is no water dispenser on site; if you want water you have to buy a 500 ml bottle for 6,00.

The guide Roger was outstanding, skillfully leading us through a night safari where we spotted a jaguar on the hunt for a capybara; the staff were very kind and helpful, and the boat trip on the Miranda River was beautiful. Except for Roger, the other guides were very weak; the safari car gets overcrowded, sometimes with 5 people per row, and those in the middle barely have room to move; the food is plentiful but nothing tastes great and the presentation is lacking; the farm’s scenery was heavily disrupted by rice paddies and canal construction, making it not very pretty.

The orange juice is made with fresh oranges, and the last‑minute organized safaris are perfect.

There isn’t much in the room; we had a so‑called “Scottish shower” that morning, meaning it was cold and hot without any control; they claim you’re entitled to a free drink, but it actually costs money; the meals feel like cafeteria food; the fresh water at breakfast actually tastes like coconut; given the price, it’s a pity no staff can speak even a little English; for the day trips, especially, you must remember to protect yourself because there are a lot of mosquitoes, and for the night walks you absolutely need warm clothes, though they don’t really state that; the staff seem friendly but not very efficient. The comments above were posted; good attempt to do something, but nothing is done considering the price.

The farm’s structure is excellent, combining safaris and other activities in the Pantanal region. The food is good, but it needs improvement.
