The location was fine, but there was no communication with the staff.

Being close to the port and the main square was great, and the staff were helpful and kind, answering questions quickly and doing their best to make the stay comfortable; the only downside was a slight lack of comfort, though if you’re not picky about the mattress you’ll be fine.

The breakfast was very good, rich and fresh except for the eggs, which were boiled and stored in the fridge; everything else was clean and the staff were very polite, but for the category I expected a little more.

The hotel was just a few steps from the main area, the room was large, comfortable, and offered a great view, cleaning happened every day, breakfast was very nice, and the staff were friendly, though there is still room to improve organization.
