The staff were educated, friendly, and caring, and the breakfast was exceptional! However, we were not told that a child under 10 staying in a double room would sleep on the parents’ bed instead of an extra bed.

The service was great, especially the breakfast staff and housekeeping, and everyone else was excellent.

The location, common areas, breakfast, and bed were all good! The room and bathroom urgently need maintenance, modernization, and better lighting. The common areas look nice, but when we entered the room we were disappointed.
