The room was large and comfortable, yet it was under renovation and many things weren't functioning.

The only good thing we found was the location, which is very convenient to local malls and the stadium at GBK. The hotel looks old, and although major renovations are underway at the main entrance, guests were not informed at booking. Breakfast times were poor and the crowd made the whole experience uncomfortable; seating arrangements were inadequate and the restaurant was overcrowded for a relaxed breakfast, which really needs attention as the overall experience was substandard. On Saturday evening a private function prevented us from using the bar or restaurant for dinner or drinks.
