The service and attention were excellent, but the laundry refused to accept my work clothes, so I couldn’t get them washed during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was excellent; I liked everything from the facilities to the staff, who were very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was a perfect 10/10. The only funny thing that happened on the first night was that the mattress felt super hard and seemed to have iron bars—laughable. We thought the mattress was that way, but the next day we realized it was flipped! We turned it over and it was perfect. Apart from that little anecdote, everything was great. I’d definitely return. Thanks for the excellent service!
