Dimora delle Balze is an amazing place: the perfect spot if you want to unplug and truly relax. Breakfast is huge and rich, full of fresh and organic products from their estate. The real difference, however, comes from the human side. The staff is extremely kind, super prepared, and always on point, but the extra touch is Mrs. Elena: a truly top housekeeper, welcoming and attentive to every little detail. We will definitely return.

A simply wonderful stay. The property is cared for in every detail, welcoming, elegant, and with a simply unique atmosphere. Every corner has a magical spot to discover. A special mention must go to the staff: professional, extremely kind, smiling, and always available. You feel real attention towards the guest, made of small gestures and concerns that truly make a difference. We felt pampered from start to finish. The services, cleaning, and care of the environments are also great: everything contributes to a pleasant and relaxing stay. It is rare to find a property that can combine location, hospitality, quality, and customer attention so well. We left with a beautiful memory and a certainty: we will definitely return.
