The check‑in was straightforward, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were cozy. Paid parking was right outside the entrance. The tram stop was a five‑minute walk away, offering direct links to Hiroshima city centre and Miyajima. Large shopping malls, laundromats, and restaurants were all within a 10‑minute walk. The hotel’s proximity to the highway made it perfect for guests driving. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The equipment was new and the place felt clean. No particular complaints.

No hair was left on the bed, it was spotless. It would have been nice to have a pot.

The spot was great – the Rakurakuen tram stop is just a 3‑minute walk. Unfortunately the room didn't have good sound insulation.

The location worked well for trips around the city and to Miyajima, the fridge was big and the Wi‑Fi was sufficient for work. The kettle’s placement was inconvenient, I wished for a bedside lamp, the cleaning supplies could have been better, Korokoro was not cheap but reasonably good, and it didn’t roll.
