Hotel Alpenjuwel, 10 km from Curon Venosta, provides a ski shuttle to Schöneben (13 km) and free parking. Guests enjoy an indoor pool, hot tub, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, and a terrace with swing. Rooms feature modern or traditional décor, many with furnished balconies, TV, en‑suite bathrooms, bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast offers homemade breads, cakes, fruit and boiled eggs; dinner is exclusive for guests.

The family‑run hotel delivered excellent welcome service, with staff always ready and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was strategic for various day trips. A free bus service to the valley base was available, and we enjoyed the half‑board meals, especially the well‑prepared dishes and good variety. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a solid selection of sweet and savory items. In the afternoon, after our walks, we relaxed in the spa, which added real value to the stay. Highly recommended!
