My stay at this hotel was an unmitigated disaster. The rooms and washrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, leading to health issues for me. The lift was also malfunctioning, putting my friend and me at risk. Overall, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance.
