The staff were always ready to help, which was remarkable. The premises and surroundings were prepared to accommodate any guest thanks to their readiness and cleanliness. There were no dislikes at all.

I liked the location because it sits on the main road, close to King’s Palace. Boda Bodas are easily available, and KFC and Oasis supershop are just opposite the hotel. The food, including breakfast and dinner, was good and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious. There was no elevator, the lighting in the room was insufficient, the towels were old, and the overall look felt outdated.
