“Disappointing Should receive partial refund”

I chose this place because the photos promised all ground‑level units, but Suite #2 actually had a few steps. When I got there I still hadn’t received the entry code, so I waited about 45 minutes while another guest had to call the manager to get it. The room was tiny, billed as a queen‑size studio, with almost no outlets or counter space, and the cleaning fee felt way too high for what it was.

“Buen lugar”

The spot was really peaceful and quiet – exactly the kind of vibe you need to unwind. It felt like a little oasis where you can just relax and forget the hustle outside.

The apartment was spot‑on for the beach, just a minute’s walk away, and everything looked fresh and tidy, with an iron, kitchen gear and even a grill. On the downside there were no closets, no vacuum, and a swarm of bugs hanging out by the front door plus spider webs around the outside light. The shower also went cold halfway through a rinse.

“Overall ok but too expensive and small”

The little unit made good use of every corner – the kitchen was handy and the heating/cooling worked fine. Unfortunately the barbecue was filthy, complete with a wasp nest, and the space is really only suitable for a couple or a small baby, not a family of four. Adding a sink stopper and a kitchen‑sink strainer would be a simple fix.

“The getaway was nice, the host is full of it”

The fireplace was a nice touch and the cabin is close to Blue Mountain, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired – hair on the “new” bedding, body hair in the toilet, urine stains, and a lingering dog smell. The house creaked, trees scraped the roof, the toilet kept running, and traffic noise was constant; plus the host promised a refund on the cleaning fee that never arrived.
