The staff are very welcoming and helpful; the structure is excellent, pleasant, well maintained. The only thing missing is a TV in the room, otherwise everything is perfect.

The cleanliness was good. The shower lacks a soap holder.

A small functional room on the ground floor with a separate entrance, a coffee machine, a clean toilet/shower, and a big bed – ideal for a functional stay focused on showering and sleeping, especially after a day of outdoor activities. I had a light mounted on the bed, unlike other comments. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, and the location is very central. The room was rather warm, ventilation was poor because outside was very noisy (restaurant, street, condensation from the air conditioner draining onto the street). On the ground floor you can only tilt the window, and you must pull the curtains because there is a street lamp in front of the window, so fresh air is limited. A slightly larger table would be nice, a small fridge for perishables would be a plus, and the curtain keeps falling off the rails.

Getting there was a breeze, and the room, though compact, felt modern and comfortable. It was just the right size for a quick layover. I'd pick it again for a short stop.

The room was simple, spotless and looked brand‑new, and the price was hard to beat. It's smack in the middle of everything, so a 25‑minute walk gets you to Bellinzona. The open window let in some street noise from nearby cafés, but it never bothered me and after 2:30 am it was dead quiet. All in all, a solid pick for a city or outdoor trip.
