The staff were friendly, the hotel wasn't bad but a bit dated. Free breakfast on weekdays was a nice touch, though we expected to pay daily. The water park only opening on weekends was disappointing; it would have been better if the hot tub and kiddie pool stayed open during the week, even without many lifeguards. Lifeguards taking 15‑minute “safety breaks” every few hours to chat was odd. No outside food was allowed, and even water was restricted, which felt silly. The door to our room seemed misaligned and slammed loudly each time we opened or closed it.

The staff were very kind, and we enjoyed the water park even though it needs an update and you can’t bring your own water. The locker‑room showers were moldy and dirty, and much of the hotel looked run down, which would have been acceptable if it were at least clean.

The family room was a hit—finding a space for seven people is tough, but this one was roomy. The front‑desk girls were friendly and helpful, and the spot was great. Only downside: the room only came with six wristbands, the waterpark needed a cleaner locker area, and it shut down five minutes early. The arcade felt pricey and the prizes were a bit silly.

There were plenty of things to do nearby. During our weekend stay, a wedding party next door meant the showers had no hot water.
