Business room - heart of kassel

I was very happy with the room, but the service and customer handling really impressed me. When we booked, there was a small issue. I first thought it would take longer to resolve, but after a quick phone call everything was sorted fast and even in our favor. That really surprised me positively. I also liked the kitchen where you can cook hot meals and the large bathroom. Overall I was very satisfied – with the room and especially with the friendly, hassle‑free service. Thank you!

Clean, tidy, large room, quiet. Value for money is sensational. The operator forgot to send me the key box code, so I couldn’t get in at first. But I could reach them by phone, so it wasn’t a major problem.

The place is genuinely in the heart of the city, the communication worked well, everything was spotless and very affordable. The room was quite spacious but rather sparsely furnished. I didn’t realize when booking that it’s more like a shared flat with a communal bathroom and an extra toilet, and that the notice said you have to pull the bed out yourself and toss the linens into the basket in the bathroom. It was fine for me, I just wish I’d known that beforehand (and I didn’t bring soap with me).

Close to the center, the whole property is clean. There’s no TV, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, and it’s high up so you have to climb in with a travel bag. The reservation indicated it’s pet-friendly, and after the first night the owner came over and demanded an extra 20 €.
