“Great motel. I will recommend to anyone driving to Chicago but will caution them to pay directly”
Everything was great. The managers have been extremely helpful in working with me to correct Corporate's unexplained double billing (see below). I was billed a 2nd time for the room over a month later without any explanation or contact with me. This was not the fault of Kewanee's Motel 6 and was a surprise to me. Ive spent *literally* over 3 1/2 *years* in Motel 6s but this incident is making me cautious of staying there again. No reflection on Kewanee! The fault is Corporate's which is currently being investigated by my bank
