The room was filthy and gave off a strong odor; I couldn't trust lying on the bed because of potential bed bugs. The front desk lady was kind, and when I mentioned the issues she explained a new owner had just started working there to fix things, yet they still shouldn't have advertised being open. Everything was a mess.

We paid for a no‑refund deal, but the motel never checked us in and claimed it was sold out, even though the reservation system had recorded our booking. My money is still in someone’s pocket while the motel and the booking site blame each other. I spoke with the motel about seven times and with the booking site’s help line, but got no assistance. I even drove to the property, and they denied any fault, insisting the money was ours. I paid for two rooms and was denied both, with no refund.

I booked a room, arrived to find none available, and still haven’t received a refund after a week and a half. They never followed through on their promise to inform the booking company that they couldn’t honor the paid room.

There was no breakfast offered. The motel was already fully booked and paid for, yet they sent us to a rundown motel next door—definitely the worst experience.
