“Awful and would never return. No value for the money spent.”

Nothing really except its proximity to the airport. I was allocated a room with dirty linen used by the previous lodger. I was moved to another room they claimed was deluxe as an apology. The power was very erratic the entire time thereby affecting communication and comfort. There was no hot water to shower. They claimed standard rooms are not entitled to hot water for bathing, meanwhile I was supposedly moved into a deluxe room. No hot water bath. The lift/elevator was not working and had to lug my suitcases up to 3rd floor with 6 landings on the staircase. The bed had ticks/mites/bedbugs which is really really scary and I hope I have not been bitten and infected. I could not bring myself to eat in the hotel in view of the poor hygiene mentioned above

“It's just so so ...”

The AC worked fine and they had a fridge, and the meal was actually good – the chef did a nice job. However, the room wasn’t clean enough: the bathroom sink was dirty, a plastic cup was left there, the shower head was dirty and rusty, and the intercom handset and console were filthy. There was no coffee or tea until I asked, and the tea they brought was exposed. A door wood cover fell on my head and they just brushed it off with an “oh sorry.” I was charged again for a meal I had already paid for; they claimed they didn’t see it, even after I showed them the bank evidence that the money was in their account. The manager hasn’t responded or refunded me yet.

“Older, damp, and mildewy hotel. I had to take antihistamines”

While the room size was decent, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was damp and musty, which made it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The window netting was left unshut, and the door lock was loose and looked vulnerable to tampering. It was a bit scary, to be honest.

“Excellent. I was treated very well, and everything looked perfect. I did stay a night, but loved it”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel, thanks in large part to Henry, a staff member who went above and beyond to help me. The facilities looked great, and I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.
