Hotel ShaSha Resort Suma

We were staying in a love hotel for the first time and had no idea what to expect, but we really liked it. Room 207 was huge, the bed was comfortable, and it featured a massage chair and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. After hiking around Kobe, it was super relaxing to unwind with a massage and hot tub for sore muscles at the end of the day. Breakfast was delivered to the room; they offer four breakfast options and ask what time you’d like it brought. The room also contains adult content, which we didn’t use and it didn’t bother us. The hotel is a 5‑minute walk to Suma Beach and Sea World, and a 10‑minute walk to the train station.

The location and price were good, the staff were home‑style and friendly, and there was a massage machine; the place felt a bit old.

The place was clean and I had nothing to complain about! When I mentioned that I was leaving early in the morning, they prepared breakfast a little earlier, which was very helpful. I wish I could see the view from the window—seeing the scenery would have been great 😃, but the triple‑pane glass was disappointing 😢.

Convenient for driving. The breakfast‑included plan had a rule that you had to place your order by 3 pm the previous day, but the front desk never mentioned this and the app didn’t explain it either.
