I’ve stayed here a few times, and the free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which makes it comfortable. Being close to the shopping street in Higashi-Koenji means I never had trouble finding a place to eat. The only downside was room 207: there was no downlight on the desk, so it felt dim, and I had to move the bedside lamp to read and work.
