Nothing special. The location is terrible, in a pretty scary neighborhood. The building is dilapidated, the doors are wobbly, and cleanliness is questionable. The sheets were torn and smelled bad. It felt like stepping into a slum. I was terrified for my life. Check‑in was done on the street without seeing the rooms, so you’re forced to pay a 100 € deposit. I had such a bad gut feeling that I left after an hour without even being able to get a refund. Luckily I found an Airbnb in a good area.

It was unacceptable. We do NOT recommend this place-scam and dishonest service. We booked a private room for two via Booking. Upon arrival, we were told that the room had actually been unavailable for a long time, yet it was still listed as available online. Instead, we were offered beds in a 6-person bunk room. Despite this, we were charged nearly three times more than the price of that room (we paid the price of a private room). When we requested a full refund, it was refused- we only received 1/3 of the amount, even though a bed in a 6-person room on Booking was significantly cheaper than what we were charged. The conditions were unacceptable: there was no toilet paper, we had to share the room with strangers, we did not feel safe, and the door could not be locked. At 2 a.m., we were offered a transfer to another one of their hostels, which was twice as far away and had worse reviews on Booking. Furthermore the owner/host was under the influance- he was polite though! Avoid this place!

Check-in era apenas as 05:00pm, cheguei mais cedo e pude deixar minhas malas e aproveitar a cidade, quando voltei fiz o check-in porem acabei não dormindo, pois meu voo era muito cedo e estava andando de transporte publico que inclusive as paradas de ônibus ficam perto, tomei um banho me arrumei e fui pegar ônibus para aeroporto, como era tarde e perigoso o CHRIS CLAKE um funcionário muito atencioso, me acompanhou a parada e ficou aguardando ate ônibus chegar. horario do checki-in poderia ser mais cedo

Nothing good; everything was bad. Reception was terrible, my reservation wasn’t honored, I had to take a room I hadn’t booked, and my wife and I were forced to sleep in separate rooms.
