There is not a single word to like. Do not book any hotels from booking. Com App. It's a fraud. I booked the hotel in an emergency and paid all the amount. When I reached the hotel they said there was no room available and the time was 3:30 AM early in the morning. When I ask about the refund they are saying you contact to booking. Com. And therebis no contact no available on web site and App also. Onle help desk email ID was there. I wrote a mail to them but no reply from them. So do not book any hotels from booking. Com. I stayed at the hotel and found the hygiene lacking; the pillow and bedsheets were visibly dirty.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, though they seemed undertrained; the price was fair and they supplied a kettle when asked, which was useful. However, there were cockroaches in the room, and essential items like a hair oil sachet that costs only Rs.2 or 3 were missing despite repeated requests, and the service boys lacked basic customer‑service etiquette.

I felt the cleanliness was insufficient; fresh white bedsheets on the bed were a must, and the plug points and charging outlets didn’t work, while the geyser failed to provide hot water for a bath during the cold season.

Access to nearby restaurants and shops was easy, making it a good choice for solo travelers, and the bed was comfortable.
