“Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub”

Check‑in was quick, breakfast tasty with great service. On the first day the warm breakfast was cold, but after complaining the next day they made sure everything was hot. The bar offered an amazing view of Querétaro City, snacks and cocktails were delicious, and the bartender was incredibly attentive. Uber takes 10 minutes to downtown or you can walk an hour along the river and then through a nicely laid‑out settlement. The pool is nice and the gym is well equipped. The only complaint: Suite 822 faces the mountain road and is very noisy, but we’ll choose a pool‑side room next time.

Everything was excellent. All aspects were very good.

“Nice!”

We found our room to be incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the view was great. The pool was always packed, so we didn’t use it. Dining at the on‑site restaurant and shop was pricey, but a gas station is just one block away and Uber Eats works. The hotel shuttle is excellent, and the property is a 5‑minute walk to the nearest metro, a 10‑minute walk to another metro, and close to the LAX/Metro Transit centre where you can catch a $1.25 bus to Santa Monica or take the metro downtown and to Hollywood.

“Cobro de más en consumos.”

All the facilities were very good! I didn’t like that when I arrived I left an open voucher for $5000, used about half of it, and they promised to credit me, but they haven’t done it yet; I sent an email and haven’t received a reply.
