Strategic location on Via Cassia, near Bolsena with a lake view. Convenient ground‑floor apartment recently renovated with spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean! Free private parking next to the property. Private beach on the lake, just a short walk away, equipped. Staff very helpful and kind! A true oasis of peace and silence! Highly recommended! I suggest adding more kitchenware to the kitchen.

The accommodation was impeccable, spotless and carefully maintained in every little detail, you can see the love and attention in every corner. The location is stunning, immersed in the lake’s serenity and absolute tranquility. A place that rejuvenates. The host was extremely kind, available and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We left with a deep sadness and a single desire: to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for a week and truly relaxed; having a private beach on the lake was wonderful, and our daughter had a great time. The owners were very kind and available. I’d come back tomorrow! During the day it got a bit hot in the apartment; an air‑conditioner would have been useful, but we managed with the fan, and at night it was fine. With so much space, I’d suggest adding some toys for kids, but otherwise everything was very nice!

The highlight of the property is the beautiful private beach accessible on foot from the site. Privacy, loungers available to guests, and incredible nature. The water was also very clean! The Tiglio apartment is large, clean, and functional, with a spectacular view of Lake Bolsena. In August (38 °C) the fans provided by the owner were enough. The proximity to the center of Bolsena is very convenient. Great value for money, but the real luxury is the private beach, which is especially convenient with a small child. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped with more utensils (bread knife).
