Francesca is a genuinely kind and helpful person; you can tell she cares a lot about her guests. The room was cute, clean, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable—something I don’t get often. The bathroom was also very clean. It was a great stay, though the sink was really tiny, which I understand given the bathroom’s size.
