I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The security was exceptional, located within a gated community, which made me feel very safe. The food was wonderful, the customer service was top-notch, and the entire place was very clean. My room was huge with beautiful amenities—highly recommend!. N/A

I did not say I like it, and everything was bad.

The staff were friendly, but the hygiene was lacking.

The food was fair, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location is great; however, room service was poor, my room wasn’t cleaned properly, the corridors were horrible, and the facilities were not great either.

The location is secure, but it feels unlike Presken and the facility is too old.
