The newly renovated room had a large balcony, and the restaurant outside by the water had a lovely ambience.

The spacious room, easy check‑in, and beautiful surroundings were all excellent, and the hotel restaurant was also very good; nothing else to note.

The staff were extremely friendly, even speaking English to those who didn’t know German, and they did everything they could for us; the restaurant was superb with an incredible view of the Lippe, and the rooms were spotless. It would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel.
