The location was great, the host was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very generous on request, close to the Castello. However, a loud festival right outside the door kept the noise up until the night, early‑morning cleaning was noisy, there was no legal access, probably only a few days a year, and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

The owner was very kind and even arranged dinner reservations for us, and the breakfast, served in her kitchen, was excellent and sparked a pleasant chat. The place is 50 m from the Castello Ruspoli entrance. Getting to the room required climbing a steep stone staircase, then a wooden one to the upper floor, and finally two steps. Parking in Piazza della Repubblica is always crowded, with a 60‑minute time‑discs from 8.00 to 13.00 and 16.30 to 20.00.

The experience was more than positive! Maria Teresa made you feel at home in a warm setting with the care of a true hostess and of the place. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

The location is more central near the castle, Maria Theresa is a great person, a love‑of‑people. She brought a little cake to the café for the birthday. Breakfast had yogurt, cheeses and delicious local sweets. The room was large and quiet. The shower was bad, Wi‑Fi was intermittent, and the mattress collapsed.

At Maria Teresa’s we were greeted with a smile and kindness; the room is spacious, with a super large bed, very comfortable, everything was clean, and the bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast prepared and served by Maria Teresa is delicious and plentiful. Ideally located, next to the church and the castle, it is the perfect accommodation in Vignanello.
