Sound‑proof rooms showcase parquet floors, private walk‑in showers, garden views, and mini‑kitchenettes with tea/coffee makers, refrigerator and microwave. Bicycle parking, outdoor seating and proximity to hiking, cycling routes, Eglise Saint‑Eloi (1 km) and Château de Fontainebleau (12 km) make it an ideal nature‑focused retreat.

The owners provided a very good welcome. The accommodation was pleasant and quiet.

The location is good and there’s secure parking for cars or bikes. There was no breakfast, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and is unusual for a bed‑and‑breakfast; there is a tea kit and kettle but nothing to sit and eat, the room is too small for that. We had to untie the bed before leaving, the first time anyone has asked us to do that, even though we prefer bed‑and‑breakfasts. The fridge made noise all night. The room opens directly onto the terrace where guests are received. Check‑in hours are only after 18:00. The slit door is poorly covered by a red blinds that let light in. There is no “garden view” as the window above the bed is tiny.
