The lobby’s décor felt like a Frida Kahlo exhibit, and the place was spotless; the staff were professional and friendly, and I had no complaints at all.

The price was good, the area felt safe, the rooms were clean and serviced daily, but the hairdryer was broken and never replaced even after multiple requests, and the only alternative offered was a different room.

Good room, good service, and the location makes it easy to reach the city center and other spots; there was a slight delay getting into the parking and a water leak from the shower onto the carpet.
