“Would not recommend it to anyone”

I'm still fuming about my stay at this place - it's honestly the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever had the misfortune of booking. The owner was super unhelpful and refused to give me a refund, but luckily the manager saw things our way and agreed to sort us out. Everything about the place was a nightmare - it stank and was just plain gross. I'm spreading the word so no one else has to go through what I did.

I wasn't expecting luxury or anything, but this place was cheap and easy, and the staff were super accommodating when I checked in really late. They were friendly and fast, which made a big difference. It's not the Ritz, but for the price and the service, it was okay with me.

I'm still trying to get a refund for a night I never even got to stay - apparently they had no record of my booking when I called to check out. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay, and to make matters worse, they'd already taken the money out of my account. Can someone please tell me how to get my money back for a service they never provided?

I thought the price was pretty good for what you get - it's a good value. No complaints from me, it all seemed fine.

“Awesome”

I had a really positive stay here - the staff were super friendly and it's right in the heart of town, so you can't go wrong. The location is so convenient, and the people working there made us feel welcome. Overall, a great choice if you're looking for a hassle-free stay.
