Clean rooms and pretty good facilities, close to the office. The staff need training on how they speak; I had a bad experience when I entered the hotel and the receptionist bluntly asked who my brother was who came to drop my stuff. The tone needs to be toned down; he could have informed politely. The tone was really bad, and it seems they change tone based on people. This really made the initial impression of your hotel real bad.
