The hostel was lovely, most staff were friendly though a few were a bit quieter. Location was good and free street parking nearby was helpful. Rooms were tidy and rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The kitchen area was sometimes messy, but you could see the staff trying to keep it tidy; it was just a bit messy from other guests, which is normal for hostels.

Everything was loved! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the Road To Hana and Snorkel Tour were both amazing. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the common area downstairs was great. Every morning there were chocolate chip pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Nothing that we didn’t like.

Convenient and priced right. It was kind of loud, there was no light in the room to turn on, and people were sleeping, so it was hard to see without light. The bathrooms were not very clean.

Upstairs you can’t hear everything happening downstairs. There’s a women‑only bathroom upstairs that’s good. Optional activities are offered, creating a nice space to share with others. The volunteers are very kind. The kitchen is very well organized, with a labeling system for name, room, and check‑out day. The room lacked ventilation, the window couldn’t be opened. They could add shelves for each bed, a women’s room with four bunk beds, to store toiletries, etc.
