The surroundings are beautiful and the bathtub is huge; even though I booked the wrong number of nights and had to leave a day early, the staff handled the checkout issue patiently. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Taitung. It’s fairly close to Luye Plateau and downtown Taitung, and about a ten‑minute drive from Taitung train station.

The room is massive, the bathtub huge enough for two people to soak comfortably, and there’s even a massage chair that works like a dream, making the soundproofing barely acceptable. On the downside, the air‑conditioner blows cold air straight onto the head even on the lowest setting, indicating a design flaw, and breakfast was a disaster – the price was absurd for such poor quality, and I felt like I was battling flies for food; unless the hygiene issue is fixed, breakfast should be served at the door rather than in the restaurant.

The room and balcony are spacious and bright, the service is good, and they provide free electric‑car charging; however, the air‑conditioning can’t be controlled and, given the price, the breakfast portion is small and the quality is lacking.

The hotel had a convenient touchless toilet and a warm seat in the winter, but the air conditioning was way too strong. It was like walking into a fridge every time I came back to the room.
